Abstract

Basic element of systems of an estimation, moving, development of managers is the manager reference profile (a success profile). Despite the high importance of a profile usually this element is lost, sight as excessively difficult for studying and road to working out. We suggest to consider the basic psychological features of management and to discuss the basic methods of estimation key characteristics of managers of the top echelon.
